Exit surveys can deliver high octane marketing information directly to your business provided that they are not too long and that they are relevant. Ask too many questions and people won’t bother to provide any answers. Ask irrelevant questions and people will disengage and leave without answering anything.

Tip: If you don’t have an absolute requirement that people answer ALL your questions or NONE, ask the most important ones first! That way you stand a better chance of getting more answers to your most important questions!
